Whole Roasted Cauliflower

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tbs Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan

Preheat oven to 400.

Trim bottom of cauliflower; rinse & pat dry.

Place in pot & cover with broth. Add seasonings & bring to boil; simmer 12 mins.

Drain & transfer cauliflower to pan. Ladle with cooking stock, then drizzle with melted butter.

Roast 10 – 15 mins until golden. Baste with cooking stock from time to time.

Remove and sprinkle with parmesan.

Slice & serve with drizzle of cooking juices.

 

Note: Can also garnish with small amount of red pepper flakes.
