Tex-Mex Ribs

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 Racks Pork Back Ribs
  • 1 Medium Diced Onion
  • 2 Diced Sweet Peppers
  • 1 Minced Jalapeno
  • 3 Stalks Minced Green Onions
  • 6 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Minced Chiles in Adobo
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbs Cumin
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Combine seasonings & rub on ribs. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over ribs. Marinate overnight.
