Strombolli

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Batch Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 + 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Slices Salami
  • 6 Slices Deli Honey Ham
  • 12 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1 Large Lightly Beaten Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll dough out into large rectangle. Spread pizza sauce on top, leaving 2″ border around perimeter.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over top. Add meat & any other desired vegetables.

Brush edges of dough with egg & roll up dough like a jelly roll. Pinch edges together & tuck under. Brush top of dough with egg.

Sprinkle with parmesan & garlic powder.

Gently cut slits into top every 2″

Bake 20 mins or until bubbly & golden. Allow to cool 5 mins.
