Strawberry Pie

the best we've ever had.

  • 4 Cups Strawberries
  • 1 + 1/4 Cups Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Unbaked Pie Crusts

Preheat oven to 425.

Place 1 crust in pie pan.

Combine sugar, flour & cinnamon. Mix lightly through berries.

Pour filling into pastry lined pan & dot with butter. Cover with top crust & cut slits in top. Seal & flute edges.

Bake 35 – 45 mins, or until crust slightly browned.
