Spinach Dip

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Package Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Large Minced Green Onion
  • 2 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan
  • 1 + 1/2 Cups Divided Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbs Parsley

Saute spinach until wilted. Let cool, wring out excess water & coarsely chop.

Preheat oven to 375. Coat baking dish with cooking spray.

Place all ingredients in bowl (with 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese) & stir until well combined.

Spread spinach mixture into dish & cover with remaining cheese.

Bake 20 mins, or until dip is bubbly & dip is melted.

Broil 2 -3 mins, or until cheese starts to brown.

Sprinkle with parsley.
