Sausage & Pepper Penne

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Sliced Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can(s) Drained Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 8 Oz Penne Pasta
  • 2 Cups Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/3 Cup Green Onion
  • Cajun Seasoning

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, pepper & sausage. Cook 5 mins.

Add garlic and seasoning. Cook 2 mins.

Add broth, tomatoes, milk & pasta. Bring to boil, then lower heat, cover & simmer 15 mins.

Stir in cheese.

Garnish with green onions, parsley & red pepper flakes.
