Quiche Lorraine

the best we've ever had.

  • 6 Strips Bacon
  • 1 Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 Cups Grated Cheese
  • 2 Lightly Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbs Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Cut bacon into pieces & fry with onion.

In bowl, blend cheese, egg, milk, salt & pepper. Add cooked bacon & onion. Add flour. Pour into shell & sprinkle with cayenne.

Bake at 450 for 25 mins.
