Pumpkin Pie

the best we've ever had.

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Can(s) Evaporated Milk
  • Pie Crust

Preheat oven to 425.

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves.

Beat eggs.

Stir in pumpkin & sugar-spice mix.

Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Bake 15 mins.

Reduce temp to 350 & bake 50 mins.
