Pecan Butter Tarts

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Lightly Beaten Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Pecans
  • Pastry

Cream butter & sugar. Combine with egg & vanilla.

Place pecans in pastry cups, then top with brown sugar mix.

Bake at 425 for 10 – 12 mins.
