Peanut Butter Cups

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbs Shortening
  • 1 + 1/2 Cups Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

In saucepan, combine chocolate & shortening. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (3 – 5 mins).

Coat cup with 1 tsp melted chocolate to 1/8″ thickness; repeat & refrigerate.

In saucepan, combine butter & peanut butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (4 – 6 mins). Stir in icing sugar & graham cracker crumbs. Press 1/2 Tbs filling into each chocolate cup.

Spoon 1/2 tsp melted chocolate on top of filling; spread to cover.

Freeze until firm (2 hours).

Store in fridge.
