Peach Cheesecake Bars

the best we've ever had.

  • 8 Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Diced Peaches
  • 1 Tbs Sugar

Preheat oven to 325.

Crush graham crackers & combine with sugar & melted butter. Press into parchment lined 9 x 9″ baking pan. Bake for 5 mins.

Cream together cream cheese & sugar. Add egg & vanilla. Spread over graham cracker crust.

Sprinkle peaches evenly over top, then sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 30 – 35 mins.
