the best we've ever had.

  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Cubed Unsalted Cold Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Ice Water

Put flour, sugar (optional) & salt in food processor. Pulse a few times to combine.

Add butter cubes & pulse 3 – 5 times until butter is broken up into pieces the size of peas.

Slowly add ice water.

Turn dough out onto clean surface & form into 2 equal disks. Cover in plastic wrap & chill in fridge at least 1 hour.

Roll out on lightly floured surface.
