  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 6 Tbs - 1/2 cup Milk
  • Dash Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tbs Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Olive Oil

Beat eggs in a deep bowl or blender. Gradually add rest of ingredients, beginning with liquid, ending with dry ingredients.

Heat few drops of oil in frying pan. Pour small amount of batter into pain. Tilt to spread evenly.

Fry until top appears firm, about 1 min.

 

Filling:

1 lb cottage cheese (or ricotta)

1 egg yolk

3 tsp sugar, more or less to taste (optional)

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients & spread evenly on one crepe at a time (2 -3 Tbs filling per crepe).

Fold in 2 edges & roll up.

Butter casserole dish & arrange rolled up nalysnyki in it.

Bake at 325 – 350 for minimum 30 mins, maximum 90 mins.
