Loaded Potato Skins

the best we've ever had.

  • 6 Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 2 Stalks Sliced Green Onions
  • Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 375.

Scrub, dry & poke potatoes with fork.

Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Place on baking sheet & bake 60 mins. Let cool.

Preheat oven to 450.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise & scoop out insides, leaving 1/4″ around inside of skin.

Melt butter in microwave. Whisk in garlic & onion powder. Brush over top of potatoes.

Bake 10 mins, flip & cook an another 10 mins.

Top with cheese & bacon; cook 5 mins or until cheese is melted.

Top with green onions & sour cream.
