Korean Beef

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Diced Onion
  • 4 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • Green Onion

Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef; cook & drain.

Combine all ingredients (except green onion) & add to beef. Cook until absorbed.

Top with green onions & serve over rice.
