Jerk Chicken

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil

Combine all spices, brown sugar & oil in bowl.

Preheat skillet to high heat.

Rub mix over chicken & cook 4 mins on each side.

Let sit 5 – 10 mins to let juices soak in.
