Jambalaya

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 lbs Diced Chicken
  • 1 lb Sliced Smoked Sausage
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1 Large Diced Green Pepper
  • 4 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can(s) Undrained Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbs Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3 Stalks Celery
  • 1 3/4 Cups Rice
  • Parsley

Combine all ingredients except shrimp & rice.

Cook on low for 5 hours.

Add shrimp & rice; raise heat to high & cook 30 mins.

Sprinkle with parsley.
