Honey Sriracha Chicken

the best we've ever had.

  • 4 Diced Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbs Sriracha Sauce
  • 5 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbs Honey
  • 2 Tbs Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbs Water
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Rice

In saucepan, combine 1 cup water, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, sugar & honey. Bring to boil over medium heat.

Whisk together 2 Tbs cornstarch & 2 Tbs water. Add to saucepan & stir until thickened.

Add chicken & cornstarch to bag & coat chicken.

Drizzle pan with oil over medium heat. Add chicken & cook until browned. Add sauce & stir to coat.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes & serve over rice.
