Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Thinly Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Thinly Sliced Red Pepper
  • 1 Jar Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Cornstarch
  • 3 Sliced Green Onions
  • Sesame Oil

Brown chicken in sesame oil, then transfer to oven & cook at 350 for approx. 30 mins.

Cook carrots & red pepper in sesame oil.

Add chicken back to pan.

Combine honey garlic sauce with cornstarch & pour over stir-fry; let thicken.

Serve over rice & top with green onions.
