Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onions & apples; cook until tender, approx 10 mins. Add garlic & cook 1 more min. Remove to bowl with slotted spoon so majority of butter stays in pan.
Add pork chops & brown, approx 5 mins per side.
Combine chicken broth & cornstarch; pour over chops.
Add seasonings, honey, onions & apples into pan. Cook 30 mins on low heat, or until pork is tender, making sure to stir frequently.
