Hashbrowns

the best we've ever had.

  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Heat oil in skillet.

Skin & grate potatoes. Mix with onion, flour, egg, salt, pepper & oil.

Place 1/4 cup mixture in hot oil. Cook a few mins on each side until browned.
