Gingersnap Cookies

the best we've ever had.

  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Molasses
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 375.

Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.

Add egg & molasses.

Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger & salt; mix into batter.

Form into 1 inch balls & roll in sugar.

Bake 8 – 10 mins.
