French Bread

the best we've ever had.

  • 9 1/2 Oz Warm Water
  • 3 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 + 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Combine all ingredients in bread machine in order that they are listed. Make a well in the flour for the yeast.

Select rapid bake cycle for 2.5lb loaf & light crust.
