Fish Tacos

the best we've ever had.

  • 4 Fillets Thickly Sliced Haddock
  • 2 Cups Buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Tbs Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs Sriracha Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Tortillas

Mix buttermilk with spices; place fish in mix & marinate 30 mins.

Mix coating ingredients.

Heat oil in skillet.

Coat fish & fry 4 – 5 mins each side.

Heat tortillas.

Mix mayo & sriracha.

Place fish on tortillas; top with pico de gallo & sriracha mix

 

Coating:

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp celery salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp red pepper flakes
