Cranberry Sauce

the best we've ever had.

  • 12 Oz Cranberries
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Piece of Orange Peel
  • Pinch Salt

Combine sugar, orange juice & water in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine.

Add cranberries, cinnamon, orange peel & salt.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Continue cooking until all, or most, of cranberries have popped (I like to leave a few whole).

Let cool & place in fridge.
