Chimichangas

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2/3 Cup Salsa
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Sliced Green Onions
  • 2 Tbs Melted Butter
  • Tortillas

Mix ground beef with salsa, cumin, oregano, cheese & green onions.

Place about 1/4 cup mixture in centre of each tortilla.

Foll opposite sides over filling.

Roll up from bottom & place seam side down on baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter.

Bake at 400 for 25 mins.

Garnish with cheese, green onions & salsa.

 

*Note: Can also use 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken.
