Chile Con Carne

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Ground Beef
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can(s) Tomatoes
  • 1 Can(s) Kidney Beans
  • 2 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Cook meat in skillet over medium heat. Spoon off fat; push meat to sides & add onions, green pepper & garlic. Fry until transparent.

Add tomatoes (with liquid) & spices. Mash tomatoes & mix all ingredients together.

Partially cover & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 45 mins, stirring occasionally.

Add kidney beans (with liquid) & simmer 15 mins.
