Heat oil in large pan & add cloves until it starts to sizzle.
Add onions & fry until dark brown.
Add chilies, ginger & garlic & cook 30 sec.
Add chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric & salt. Stir frequently.
Add chicken & 50mL water. Mix well 2 – 3 mins.
Add tomatoes & cook covered 20 mins on medium heat, or until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes & garam masala.
