Melt 2 Tbs butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions & mushrooms; cook until tender. Add garlic & cook an additional 1 min. Remove to bowl & set aside.
Place remaining 2 Tbs butter in pan, melt & add chicken. Once they are starting to brown, add flour and stir until no clumps. Slowly add chicken broth. Add vegetables back to pan, as well as bacon & seasonings. Cook until starting to thicken & add cream; cook until heated through.
