Beef Stroganoff

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 4 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 8 Sliced Mushrooms
  • 3 Tbs Flour
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • Parsley
  • Cooked Egg Noodles

Brown beef & drain. Add onion & garlic & cook until tender. Add mushrooms & cook 2 – 3 mins. Stir in flour & cook 1 min.

Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper & bring to boil.

Reduce heat & simmer 10 mins.

Remove from heat & stir in sour cream & parsley. Stir in egg noodles.
