Beef Stew

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 lbs Stew Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1 + 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 3 Diced Potatoes
  • 4 Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Stalk Chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas

Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix flour, salt & pepper. Pour over meat & stir to coat.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cook on high for 4 hours.

Place peas in slow cooker after 3rd hour.
