Beef Barbacoa

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 Beef Roast
  • 1 Large Diced Onion
  • 4 Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Can(s) Green Chiles
  • 2 Diced Chiles in Adobo
  • 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbs Cumin
  • 1 Tbs Oregano
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Bay Leaves

Place all ingredients in slow cooker & cook on high for 4 hours.

When ready, shred with two forks & place back into sauce.
