Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf

the best we've ever had.

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 6 Slices Chopped Bacon
  • 1 Small Minced Onion
  • 2/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Lightly Beaten Eggs
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Oz Cubed Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Tbs Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbs Ranch Dressing

Preheat oven to 375.

Cook bacon & then cook onion in bacon grease until soft (3 – 4 mins).

In large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, parsley, salt, bacon & onions.

Pour mixture onto baking sheet with rimmed edge. Form it into a loaf with your hands.

Cook 45 mins.

Meanwhile, combine ketchup & ranch. Remove meatloaf from oven & pour ketchup mix on top. Cook another 10 mins.

Let rest 5 mins before slicing.
