Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

the best we've ever had.

  • 3 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Rub pork with olive oil.

In small bowl, combine salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, allspice & garlic powder. Rub pork.

Brown pork on both sides & sprinkle with seasoning salt.

Mix honey or maple syrup. Stir in garlic cloves & paprika. Pour 1/2 of glaze into another bowl & brush over top of pork.

Roast 4o mins.

Let stand 10 mins before slicing.

 

Honey Glaze:

6 Tbs honey (or maple syrup)

2 Tbs garlic cloves

1 tsp paprika
