Sausage Potato Casserole

the best we've ever had.

  • 1 lb Crumbled Sausage
  • 1 Large Diced Onion
  • 1 Diced Red Pepper
  • 4 Medium Diced Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan
  • 2 Cups Grated Cheese

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray 9 x 13″ baking dish.

Cook sausage and place on paper towels to drain.

Cook potatoes in skillet over medium heat. Add onions & red pepper when starting to brown.

Place all cooked ingredients in baking dish & pour chicken broth over mixture. Season with spices, add parmesan & stir to combine.

Top with cheese and cover dish with aluminum foil.

Bake at 400 for 25 mins.
